Pricing
All listed prices are starting labour/service fees only unless clearly stated otherwise. Parts, replacement components, accessories, storage drives, paid software, and Windows licences are not included.
Free Quote
PY Tech Solutions provides a free, no-obligation quote after inspecting the device. There is no charge for the quote, and no repair work begins until the customer approves it.
Quote Approval
No repair work will begin until the customer has approved the quote.
Parts and Special Orders
Any parts or special-order components must be approved by the customer before purchase. Approved parts may still be payable even if the repair outcome changes due to device condition or additional faults.
No Repair Labour if Not Fixed
If PY Tech Solutions cannot repair the issue, repair labour will not be charged. However, pickup fees outside Rolleston or approved parts may still apply.
Software Licences
PY Tech Solutions only supports genuine software. Windows installation services do not include a Windows licence unless specifically stated.
Data Risk
Customers are responsible for backing up their data unless a backup service is requested. Repairs can involve risk of data loss.
Device Condition
PY Tech Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing device faults, hardware failures discovered during diagnosis, or issues caused by third-party software or unauthorised repairs.
Pickup & Return
Pickup and return times are confirmed after your enquiry is received. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
